Founded by Chef Abdulrahman Alsowailem, Meshal AlAkeel, and Omar AlDayel, Rukham is a Saudi-born mother company operating across culinary, R&D, and creative ventures.
What began as a single restaurant vision has grown into a family of brands that share one philosophy; craft with care, lead with purpose, and always honor the process.
